Service Contract

Hidex provides time and cost-efficient services for all stages of the measuring device’s lifetime. We recommend maintenance cycles every 1-2 years, depending on the device's usage. Maintenance is conducted on-site during which time the measuring devices undergo thorough cleaning, and parts showing signs of wear, such as toothed belts, suction nozzles, and sensors, are replaced. Detectors are meticulously inspected and re-calibrated as needed. After each maintenance, a detailed GMP compliant maintenance report is provided.
